Field Sales Manager - Sportswear - £45-50k + 20%
The Role: The Field Sales Manager will be responsible for the 6 Regional Account Managers selling their full range of clothing and equipment into independent retail specialists and leisure facilities across the UK and Ireland. You will be out in the field with the team 3 days per week, coaching, training and supporting them to improve sales. You will have full responsibility for the team including recruitment, training and setting targets, you will also take some responsibility for Key Accounts

For this Field Sales Manager position, we are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria:
- Experience of managing a field sales team
- Ideally within the retail or leisure sector

- Excellent coaching & performance management skills
