Sales Manager - man management - foodservice

I am working with a fresh seafood wholesale business supplying into the foodservice catering sector that are seeking a new sales manager to manage their existing field based sales team and telesales.

The business is profitable and growing but with potential to increase by 50% and this role will play a key part in driving the uplift in sales.

There is an element of strategy, focusing on profitable lines, under delivered areas etc but a lot of the role is about motivating and driving the team.

There is also the opportunity to manage some key group accounts.

We want this person to be based in the west midlands area.

Applicants must be experienced foodservice sales people with man management experience.

Good Salary and package on offer to over £50k OTE.
