A quality opportunity has arisen for an Account Manager, covering the North East England area, to fully contribute to the ongoing growth and expansion of this information & marketing services organisation. THE ROLE: As Account Manager you will be out "in the field" in the North East, selling a range of services related to commercial property data and analytics, through professional sales techniques. You'll be building long-term business relationships with property professionals in the commercial real estate arena, including surveyors, banks, pension funds, institutions, retailers, property companies and government. You'll be in the office in London 1 day per week

THE PERSON: To be considered for this position it is essential you have experience in selling a professional service in a consultative manner. You'll have a track record of successful achievement, built around your credibility, intelligence, drive and enthusiasm. It is important you'd be comfortable with being in the London office for 1 day per week, every week.

THE PACKAGE:
  • Basic: £40,000 - £45,000
  • Total Package: £80,000 ote
  • Car Allowance: £6,000 pa
  • Benefits: Laptop, mobile, pension, 25 days holiday (plus bank holidays)
