I placed a SNAM into this business 4 years ago, and following three consecutive promotions to sales director, they are looking to hire a high potential national accounts lead, to head up their biggest grocery account (£100mn + RSV). Its a challenging position, in a lean team with lots of visibility up to board level.
It will suit someone who is classically trained in FMCG, from a big brand house (Unilever / Diageo / RB) who is looking for a fast track, complex role to really immerse themselves in. You will be financially astute, commercially savvy and be a strong relationship builder with leadership potential.
