A very good opportunity for a commercially minded Global e-commerce Manager to join a small, but global business based in the heart of London has arisen. My client has award winning brands and continues to push the boundaries in the world of luxury haircare.

The company is owned by a well-known entrepreneur based in the US, who is looking to establish the UK as their main hub into Europe, and as such is putting significant investment into growing their eCommerce and digital channel strategy. It is a very exciting opportunity to join a growing beauty business in “scale up” mode.

 

Duties:

  • Work closely with the US team to refine the global strategy and localize for each market
  • Direct, oversee & work closely with US Ecommerce, Local UK Marketing team, Finance and 3rd Party Vendors to deliver budgeted goals for all ecommerce business.
  • Leverage US team and agency expertise to optimize sales driven by user journeys through email, search and affiliate activity
  • Continually drive the content strategy, focused on providing an incremental reason to visit and an enhanced visit, as well as increasing natural search traffic, converting visitors and retaining existing customer
  • Work closely with UK account managers to support and drive the retailer and distributor ecommerce and digital plans to accelerate the brands growth

 

Skills:

  •  e-Commerce experience including successfully developing and implementing e-Commerce CRM strategies and plans with proven ability to deliver sales targets (Beauty/Fashion Retail industry experience preferred)
  • Experience of managing accounts including Own websites, Amazon, HUT group and large online pure play retailers
  • Solid understanding of analytics with the ability to analyse data and make actionable insights, with significant experience in Google Analytics
  • Previous experience designing and executing strategy around the different user journeys via PPC, Affiliate & Email;
  • Previous experience of defining and optimizing PPC Campaigns with 3rd Party Agencies
