THE ROLE: As a Business Development Sales Manager you will be selling a solution into fleet leasing and rental markets. Dealing at CEO and director level you will be responsible for bringing on new business opportunities as well as managing some profitable existing business. Your leads will come from their already fruitful database as well as your own contacts. Over time this role will develop into more of a Key Account Management position as you will be responsible for nurturing and managing any accounts you win.

THE PERSON: To be considered for the role of Business Development Sales Manager you will need to have worked in the automotive industry in a B2B field-based capacity. You will be comfortable selling into dealerships and fleet hire companies. Full training will be provided so experience with the product range is not essential, but our client is looking for someone who can show considerable market knowledge. You will be a driven, confident, intuitive individual looking for an opportunity you can flourish in.

  • Basic: £35,000 - £40,000
  • Bonus: £20,000
