MacGregor Black is currently supporting a leading premium branded alcoholic drinks company, on a search for a talented National Account Manager.  This is a Full-Time permanent role based from London.

The National Account Manager will strategically lead the relationship with some of the company’s most important accounts.  You will lead the management of customer relationships through your team, maximising opportunities for the joint benefit of the business and its customers within your channel, taking ownership for the delivery of financial and brand objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Undertake regular account analysis programmes to identify and exploit future opportunities
  • Work with category development and customer marketing teams to develop, implement and maintain strategic and bespoke account plans in line with our category vision
  • Raise the profile of the customer internally and ensure their objectives are clearly communicated to all key stakeholders
  • Maintain accurate account files and manage the trade promotion and accrual process for your accounts
  • Accurately record and maintain reporting systems ensuring all relevant data is captured, monitored and utilised
  • Provide leadership and development for direct reports, through a combination of customer visits, accompaniments, 1:1’s and team meetings to develop a culture of high performance
