National Account Manager - Boots - Health / Beauty / OTC Category
Privately owned Health / Beauty / OTC company currently enjoying a sustained period of growth with exciting plans for 2019 and beyond.
We are looking for an experienced National Account Manager to lead the delivery of KPIs within defined categories in Boots and in conjunction with the Pharmacy Controller to develop, agree and deliver the Boots Joint Business Plan.
This will require long term strategic planning, as well as short term tactical commercial delivery.
You will have full ownership of Boots P&L, and have a robust understanding of the impact of their decision making on your account.
Cross functional working is important so that strong internal and Principal relationships are fostered and the overall relationship between us and Boots is grown and developed.
A dedication and energy to achieve stretch plans and over-achieve versus your business plan is vital.
A further key function of this role is to lead, manage and develop the Pharmacy National Account Executive to ensure delivery of budgets and stretch within the NAE account remit.
We are looking for someone who has managed Boots and worked within the Health / Beauty / OTC Category or a similar category ideally branded.
