Senior Client Development Manager - Insights

A global consultancy, based in Central London and working with major blue chip FMCG businesses is currently looking for a Senior Client Development Manager to join their team. This role sits within the Insights team and will be in charge of nurturing and developing relationships with existing clients, selling consumer insights solutions and bespoke consultancy projects to a large portfolio of brands.
You will be responsible for growing accounts (size and value), adopt a consultative approach when needed and deliver insights solutions to new and existing clients.
You will have at least 5 years experience in client management/customer success management, a strong knowledge of shopper insights is essential as well as experience working within the retail or FMCG industry. This role will require some travels within Europe.
