Our client is an extremely innovative and forward thinking global FMCG Drinks business with some of the biggest brands on the Planet. An exciting leadership opportunity has arisen to join this instantly recognisable, multi-national drinks business currently in a great period of growth
This Head of On-Trade role has the overall responsibility for shaping the On-Trade strategy across the UK market. You will develop and implement the right consumer and industry strategies, initiatives and tools with overview to substantial growth within the On-Trade channel. This role is perfect if you want to be a channel leader within a globally recognised business whilst operating within an innovative and fast-paced working environment.
You will be responsible for providing insights, analysis and recommendations to help deliver commercial strategy objectives. You will Implement full year marketing programs to drive synergies with key customers. Develop and drive insight-driven concepts and ideas with customers that help to; maintain key customers, maximise key sales driver priorities and drive overall positive brand image.
As a key lead in a dynamic and rapidly growing environment this is a challenging role that requires strong On-Trade knowledge as well as outstanding leadership and influencing skills across a broad spectrum of stakeholders. This role also comes with high responsibilities managing a team of people. We would expect you to be proven within commercial strategy and channel marketing. This is an integral role to the overall commercial function of the brand with great exposure to the board and an opportunity to lead the On-Trade channel to a successful future.
