Not only do we make amazing award-winning beers and spirits from our home in Southwold, we have some great shops across the region and we also have an impressive portfolio of 9 Managed Properties.
We have ambitious plans for our ever-growing range of award-winning Spirits and are looking for a Spirits Manager to join our Sales team working within our heart land.
What do we want?
We are looking for a results driven sales professional with a can-do attitude! You will drive business development through building and maintaining key relationships and will manage and achieve budgeted sales, distribution, volume and profitability targets for all Adnams spirits.
With a passion and understanding of our products you will deliver great service to customers. Providing knowledgeable product advice, communicating current and future brand plans along with spirits new product development.
You will also work closely with our Marketing and Brand teams to develop support strategies for all channels, analyse and evaluate all marketing activity to ensure return on investment and increase knowledge and awareness of our brand through all routes to market.
The successful candidate will have exceptional key account skills with previous sales experience in the drinks industry and high standards of sales and negotiation skills.
