Senior National Accounts Manager – Manufacturer to Regional Foodservice Wholesale

Whether you are a contract caterer, pub group, restaurant group, healthcare establishment or education establishment, our products are likely to be a core part of your menu planning and food purchasing requirements.

THE ROLE:
This position involves responsibility for over £10 Million of business within our Regional Wholesale channel.
You will be liaising at buyer level with the main Catering Wholesale Groups across the UK and also directly with the Key Members of these groups individually.
You will also manage several large multi-million independent Regional Foodservice wholesalers.
The focus of this position will to maintain and develop relationships at head office level and over time you are also likely to be managing a team of Regional executives looking after these accounts at depot level.
You will be expected to be office based in South West London for 2 to 3 days a week, where you will work closely with marketing, food development and other areas of the sales team, so it is crucial that you are based in a commutable location to this area.


THE APPLICANT.
We are seeking to confidentially speak to senior candidates with a proven track record within the Foodservice sector, managing major Foodservice wholesale accounts.
• Experience in Foodservice sales to Regional wholesale at buyer level is essential
• A background in sales of a Food product into this sector will be particularly advantageous
• Candidates with a strong interest in healthy interest and nutrition will be of particular interest.
• Candidates must be vibrant and dynamic and enjoy working in a team environment.
