Our client is an innovative and established SME on the hunt for a talented Head of Activation. The company is growing rapidly in terms of global presence, head count and turnover. This is the perfect role if you’re looking to take accountability for a mixture of trade marketing, PR and the launching of new products globally! You’ll be the link between sales and marketing ensuring there is consistency for one common goal.

We are looking for a commercially savvy Head of Activation that will be able to work in a fast paced and ever changing environment. Key responsibilities include taking ownership for the company trade marketing strategies across all retailers (department stores, online and independents), launching new products; you’ll present new NPD to the market (internal and externally), managing PR agencies (within the UK & Europe), maintain responsibility for the budget and ensuring comms are delivered on time. You’ll be responsible for global markets with a strong focus on the UK, USA, Germany and the Nordic region.
The successful candidate will be either a Senior Retail/Trade Marketing Manager within the FMCG/Consumer market. You’ll have the ability to identify opportunities, prioritise and communicate at all levels. Working collaboratively with different teams will be essential to the success in this role.
