THE ROLE: As a Business Development Manager you will be selling the company's shoulder joint repair (sports medicine) products - including anchors, pins, screws, plates and sutures. Customers will include both NHS and Private Hospitals, dealing with surgeons, ODP's, scrub nurses and procurement.
THE PERSON: To be considered for this Business Development Manager role you will be competitive, driven and have a desire to work for a blue-chip organisation. Both medical sales and non-medical, commercial sales candidates will be considered. However, you must have strong commercial acumen and enjoy the new business element of selling.

THE PACKAGE FOR Business Development Manager:
- Salary: £30,000 - £45,000
- Bonus: plus £14,000 to £18,000 uncapped
