European Business Development Manager - £90,000 plus excellent package – Based UK or Western Europe
An excellent opportunity has arisen within an established FMCG client who is seeking a European Business Development Manager to join their dynamic and expanding team in Western Europe to assist with an increase in work force.
The successful European Business Development Manager must have demonstrable experience of developing new markets from identifying and approaching potential customers, managing and negotiating commercial agreements and then rolling out and developing the new national accounts. You will work cross functionally with all key functions including marketing, supply chain and systems to win and develop new accounts. The leading UK brand is highly regarded and there is huge potential to grow and develop new business within Europe. You will have a proven track record as a senior sales professional who can hunt, complete and finish to deliver new business within Europe. Ideally you will be able to speak German. Reporting to the Global Sales Director you will have excellent cross functional working skills and will use your fantastic relationship building skills to maximise relationships internally and externally. It is essential that you have a depth of international commercial experience with the gravitas and impact to significantly grow sales. You will be able to demonstrate classical account management and entrepreneurial flair to maximise opportunities. This role is ideal for an individual that wants to progress their career in a forward thinking innovative environment with true ownership and accountability. You will be comfortable in a business development role and will be able to demonstrate a commercial track record of your career to date.
