National Account Manager – Stationery

An exciting new client of mine who are a multi-million-pound business within the stationery industry are looking to recruit a dynamic and successful National Account Manager to join the company. The right person will have a proven track record of success within the industry and will have experience working with a number of large retailers, wholesalers and grocery accounts.
The ideal candidate for this position will have experience selling at head office level with any or all the top 4 grocers or mass market retail. You will have a proven track record of success across the stationery industry within these channels and will have the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with your account base.
Reporting directly into the Managing Director of the UK side of the business, this role calls for a highly experienced National Account Manager with an extensive knowledge of the stationery industry and experience working with large retailers where they can utilise the existing relationships to drive sales and grow the account base.
As a home-based position, there is no location that is essential, however there will be some requirement to be at the head office when needed, so an element of travel and staying away from home will be part of the position, with travel including the UK, Ireland and mainland Europe.
