Marketing and Operations Coordinator
My client are a one of the top businesses in the North East and are looking for a Marketing and Operations Coordinator to join their team. The successful candidate will bring to the role experience within a Marketing or Sales support/ coordinator role, can work with key business stakeholders, support with online marketing activities and tender activities. It is imperative ion this role to have excellent written skills, attention to detail and IT Literate.
The client are a top, growing business in the North East within the building and construction industry.
Reporting to the Head of Sales and Marketing, the Marketing and Operations Coordinator will be responsible for supporting with the operational aspects of the department, work in online marketing strategy e.g. website, email, social media as well as working across the business to ensure all material and content align to corporate brand.
The successful Marketing and Operations Coordinator will have the following demonstrable skills and attributes:
- Experience in a similar marketing or sales coordinator position
- Able to work with key stakeholder both outwit and within the business
- An impeccable eye for detail, analytical and a problem solver
- Demonstrable experience of working with online marketing materials such as newsletters, mailshots, social media, events and the company website.
- Excellent communication skills - written and verbal
- Be numerate and computer literate - competent with MS Office, MS Publisher, In-Design and Adobe Acrobat would be advantageous
- Able to manage time effectively and work on several projects at once, delivering to strict deadlines
- Abel to commute to the office in Newcastle upon Tyne on a daily basis
Excellent salary up to £28k
