Our client is an instantly recognisable global FMCG business based in the West Midlands; on their behalf we are now recruiting for an experienced National Account Manager to join the team and manage Sainsburys & Waitrose.
Reporting directly to the Grocery Director this person will be responsible for developing the account strategy and action plan that delivers against brand and customer investment strategies. You will drive sales of their category leading portfolio through distribution, promotions and presence at point of sale to achieve your budget and market share objectives.
The successful candidate in this role will:
- Be a great National Account Manager looking to join a progressive, multi-national FMCG blue-chip environment
- Possess a progressive CV, i.e demonstrating the early progression befitting of a future leader
- Have a proven success of building outstanding partnerships with retailers
- Strong communication and influencing skills
