Commercial Development Manager - Healthy Snacking
A branded healthy snacking food business is looking to add a new National Account Manager to their team to focus on new opportunities in the major retailers. The product fits in with the vegan and sugar free trends, and have had good success in health retailers & wholesale.
The business manufacturers all their own products and is part of and backed by a much larger company, meaning there is investment and opportunities to expand.
The role will also involve managing two junior sales people who focus on independent retail and wholesale opportunities.
- Develop new opportunities in the retail sector
- Manage and develop the commercial team
- Move towards an account management & strategic role, as the business expands
- Must have experience opening new accounts in the retail sector
- Must have food experience, preferably in snacking or healthy/ vegan products
- Drive for new business, and keen to manage and develop a commercial team
