Business Development Executive - Homebased
Do you have a background in FMCG sales, in a Field Sales or Business Development role? Better Placed are working with a leading food brand who, due to their rapid growth and ambitious plans for the future, are looking for a Business Development Manager to build relationships with customers.
We are looking for a high flying Field Sales Representative or Business Development Executive with an 'edge', someone with a real hunger to drive their career forward with an up and coming brand.
You will be responsible for:
- Building new relationships with customers
- Deliver budgeted sales, spend and profit measures
- Implementing Joint Business Plans with customers to ensure a commercially beneficial relationship
- Visiting potential customers and providing samples
- Manage contracts - identify & win new business; defend & retain existing business, as appropriate within business strategy
To succeed in this role, you will:
- Be a creative thinker
- Communicate with impact
- Be proven in New Business Development
- Have plenty of Commercial Awareness
- Have proven Customer Management & Relations experience
- Passionate about working with premium food products.
- Self-motivated, persuasive and intuitive
- Based in the South of England
