The organisation:

A leading consumer healthcare business with brands at the forefront of the UK market, and who have seen constant YoY growth for the last 5 years are looking to expand their marketing team. They are looking for a talented Assistant Brand Manager to help lead on the strategy & activation of some priority brands.

The role:

You'll be providing strategic marketing support to the BM, along with supporting on the development of brand plans and building campaigns. The dynamicity of the team means you'll be able to work closely with the shopper marketing & category function on insight-driven marketing activity. You'll get a lot of autonomy to be creative & lead on your projects alongside your manager, who will be helping to develop you along the way!

The person:

Preferably you will have some experience working for a consumer healthcare business or in a large / blue-chip FMCG, ideally in a Marketing Intern or Executive position. It's a great step for someone who has up to 12 months of brand marketing experience who is looking for more career progression. You'll need to have a general understanding of marketing mix 4P & P&L management. Experience of data / insight would also be useful! Overall, personality is a big factor in landing this role - if career progression & a hunger to really learn your craft is on the agenda, then this could the best step you take in 2019!
