My client are looking for a talented and highly capable Junior National Account Manager to help them take the business to the next level. There is opportunity to manage a P&L of £1M+ in a fast-paced environment with some of the hottest lines in the market.

My client are looking for a talented and highly capable Junior National Account Manager to help them take the business to the next level. There is opportunity to manage a P&L of £1M+ in a fast-paced environment with some of the hottest lines in the market.

Description

The key responsilibities are:
  • Application of Category Management


  • Drive distribution of existing and new products within the given account portfolio and prospect account list and in full alignment with the company's strategies




  • Deliver KPI's for each retailer, and that annual goals are achieved including turnover, GM and promotional spend.




  • Manage product mix to maximise margin




  • Manage effective communication of Brand & Category Solutions




  • Working with the Customer Development Team, manage the promotional execution database and template and report activity and opportunities back to the wider team.




  • Negotiate all elements of pricing, terms and promotions within Business guidelines.










Profile

The successful candidate is:
  • From a key account, buyer or field sales background
  • FMCG/Toys/Children/Food/Drink
  • Retail Experience
