National Account Controller - Foodservice & Convenience

As the successful National Account Controller you will be responsible for leading and creating the strategy within the Foodservice & Convenience channel. You will be expected to lead the development of your team in managing established customers, and being the primary interface internally and externally for creating new business in sectors that our client aren’t currently present in. As the Controller you will need to provide strong leadership, coaching and management to your direct reports enabling them to maximise both personal and professional potential.
The ideal fit:
- Current or previous experience within a senior commercial role at either SNAM/Controller level.
- A breadth of account experience is beneficial
- Understand the complexity of the Foodservice market/ customers
- Ability to work off your own initiative to find and create new business
- Be comfortable operating in a demanding, fast changing sales environment

You will need access to the office (West Midlands area) circa 2 days a week.
