The Role: The new Business Development Manager will be solely responsible for winning new business. Selling a range of outdoor school trips to the education market, you will target establishments across Hertfordshire with children aged between 4-18 years old. Typically selling to Deputy Head and Head of Year contacts, you will be dealing with order sizes averaging between 5-40K. You will be involving in selling to parents, be a confident presenter with good presence.

The Company: Our client specialises in providing outdoor excursions and expeditions taking students into the wild! Suitable for 4-18 year olds across a number of sites across the UK, they build shelters, cook on open fires and learn how to navigate through woodlands! They are now recruiting a sales representative to join their 30 strong workforce due to company growth. Expect a lot of downtime during school holidays, you will also attend expedition training!

For this position, we are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria:
  • Must have sales experience
  • Ideally field based background
  • Able to present to parents and children
  • Full driving license

  • £25,000 basic salary, plus £15,000 - 20,000 commission - uncapped
