With a collection of award-winning drinks, the brand has established itself as a market leader who continue to have exponential year-on-year growth. As a result of this, they are now looking for a National Account Manager with experience in the convenience channel.

The Opportunity

With the role being office based, there is a real sense of team ethos and buy into the Brand. Reporting directly into the UK sales controller you will get the opportunity to manage the UK Key convenience accounts and oversee strategy moving forward. The Role

  • Day to Day management of our Convenience customers such as Nisa, Spar and BRP
  • Day to Day management of our Licenced Retail customers such as Bargain Booze, Oddbins and Majestic Wine
  • Expand our distribution across both channels through winning new customers and expanding depth and breadth of distribution within current accounts
  • Working closely with the On-Trade Wholesale NAM to develop and recommend a strategy for Off Trade Cash & Carry
  • Working with insights team to recommend the right core range for the Convenience channel
  • Working with marketing and spirits partners to develop an activation strategy for the Convenience and Licenced channel
  • Develop and drive our contact strategy for the channel - build relationships with key contacts such as regional reps, format managers etc. to ensure they are driving sales
  • Manage and run trade shows and events across the channel
  • Working closely with supply chain to manage forecasts and customer delivery expectations
  • Forward planning on how to increase sales across the Convenience and Licenced Retail channel




The Candidate




  • Graduated from University, and hold at least a 2:1 degree (or equivalent)
  • At least 3 years' experience in the Trade and ideally already have convenience relationships
  • Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret both internal and external data
  • You will be a team player with strong communication skills and able to build relationships both internally and externally, being a self-starter with a positive attitude and the desire to learn is key
