As a Revenue Growth Manager this role sits as part of the Revenue Planning and wider sales team.
This role is responsible for co-ordinating the delivery of the sales results and providing insight for the other functions within the business. It involves building, managing, tracking and evaluating a Trade Spend budget, used for driving volume, profit, revenue and rate per tonne.
This RGM role has a high level of influence over Sales Strategy and Commercial Planning. You will drive their overall Commercial Agenda including Pricing, Promotional, Pack/Price Strategy and NPD Commerciality across the business. This is an integral role to the overall commercial function with a high level exposure to the Senior Leadership team.
- Experience in a national account management, revenue planning or category management role within branded FMCG environment
- Able to break down complexity and provide clear and consistent messages
- Strong financial rigor
- Intermediate\Advanced MS Office skills, particularly in Excel.
- Previous commercial experience with ability to demonstrate strong commercial acumen
