European National Account Manager, London
A great European NAM opportunity to travel and use your language skills.
Over the last 2.5 years this major international meat business has developed strong and strategic growth across the UK foodservice channel. This success has led to re-evaluate the European operation and the creation of a new role for National Account Manager.
This interesting opportunity is for a UK based National Account Manager to manage and develop existing customer relationships across Europe including Germany and France.
The initial priority for this role is to take over the relationship within these accounts which has previously been managed by the international group remotely. As the Account Manager this person will be responsible for understanding the current proposition, build a strong working relationship and long term develop innovation and opportunities within the regional markets.
This role will require weekly travel out to the regions - typically 2-3 days London and 2-3 days European travel every week. The ability and desire to travel and stay away is essential.
To be successful in this role you must have
- A proven track record in national account or key account management
- Current working experience within food manufacturing - managing customers within foodservice or retail markets
- Essential that you speak German or French at a proficient
- Any experience of working and developing customers within Europe would be advantageous
