2 National Account Managers - leading brands + COB, exciting roles with strong succession planning
If you’re looking to work with category leading brands in a business offering excellent career progression opportunities to high performers, we have just the opportunities for you.
A privately-owned SME currently outperforming their category counterparts in a significant way, their core values and culture place emphasis on entrepreneurial thinking, swift decision making, and effective execution.
These pillars have seen them gain significant market share over recent years alongside additional organic growth achieved through industry leading innovation extending in to new category areas.
A truly customer relationship-focussed business, they are now often recognised as the ‘go to’ supplier of choice for collaborative innovation and category influence.
With hugely ambitious growth plans, the business has successfully added to new brands to its portfolio over the last 2 year and continues to explore further opportunities to continue their upward trajectory. All this means that they offer the ideal platform for ambitious individuals looking to join a business where performance and results will be recognised and rewarded with regular career-progression opportunities.
As a result of annual succession planning, they’ve asked us to help identify 2 ambitious National Account Executives / Managers keen to assume full responsibility for customers across their convenience and discounter channels.
The first role will be responsible for managing Booker / Tesco, Nisa, Spar and Coop, whilst the second position will focus more on discounters including B&M, Home Bargains, Farmfoods and Iceland.
Both positions are very much viewed as classic entry level positions for National Account Managers within the business, from which clear succession plans will be put in place to progress in to grocery / export / international / category type positions.
In order to be considered for the role candidates must be currently operating at NAE / NAM level within FMCG manufacturing environments and whilst brand exposure is helpful, experience to private label manufacturing, incorporating project management skills and cross-functional working is equally as helpful.
With impressive plans for 2019 and strong budget to support their growth via above and below the line advertising, their future looks exciting to say the least, so if you’d like to help them along their journey and join a journey that can accelerate your own progression along the way, please get in touch.
