Customer Development Manager

Under the new direction of a determined CEO the organisation is now embarking on even higher ambition and enterprise to deliver double-digit growth over the next five years in a market where demand is high and the competition is fierce. A key part of the corporate objective and strategy will be to unlock the potential that exists in the ever-expanding universe of B2B prepared food manufacturers, foodservice as well as catering customer channels.
This is a challenging opportunity for a talented and hungry Commercial Sales Manager to make their mark, winning new business as well as strengthening relationships with an existing and longstanding customer base.
Reporting to the Head of Sales and Marketing you will have a high degree of autonomy to develop your sales pipeline and manage your customer P&L's with close interest in profitable sales. To be your best you must have the mindset and ability to really make things happen. You’ll have demonstrable sales experience and a formal training with evidence of true entrepreneurial flair.
