On a larger scale, PepsiCo produces the world's largest portfolio of billion-dollar food and beverage brands, including 22 product lines that each generates more than $1billion in annual retail sales.

Cross functional management of Spar agenda, to include Net Rev, Supply Chain, Shopper Marketing and insights. Also full responsibility for the Quaker plan in Spar, to include head office buyer negotiations, strategy and planning, with the support of the wider Spar team.

  • Day to day account management for Quaker Spar business, promotional calendar & customer opportunities
  • Day to day responsibility for Regional multiples across Walkers, Tropicana & Quaker.
  • Manage external administration of Walkers, Tropicana and Quaker businesses
  • Support the creation of innovative marketing and promotional execution to ensure excellence at all times
  • Day to day dealings with the customer relating to, but not exhaustively:
  • Operational changes to improve efficiencies
  • Promotional Investments
  • NPD
  • In Store Execution

  • What we are looking for:
  • High degree of computer literacy. Advanced Excel proficiency.
  • Customer centric focus - puts the customer at the heart of all decisions and is an internal voice for Spar.
  • Experience in handling customer issues & negotiation skills with external contacts.
  • Drive for Results - An ability to manage complexity & keep focused on the big priorities
  • Innovative - listens carefully & understands how to use data to create new & winning ideas
  • Collaborating & Influencing - establishing relationships quickly and effortlessly
  • Strong communication skills - needed to converse and articulate ideas to all levels of internal & customer organization.
