This is one of the biggest brand names in drinks. A young, vibrant and dynamic company, they are looking for a Head of Shopper Marketing to lead the team to implement brand plans and customer marketing initiatives in store. Often seen as a creative and quirky company, their globally recognised brand has a major presence in the both the on and off trade. They require people that have bright ideas, are positive, entrepreneurial and enthusiastic. This is an autonomous, creative position working with a high profile FMCG brand; opportunities like this are extremely rare.

This role manages a team of 3 which will encompass a Point of Sale Manager, Activation Manager and In Store Manager. The key remit for yourself and your team is to ensure this brand looks like number 1 in store and deliver the business plan. You’ll also build the brand through hospitality with customers, incentives and using assets available to the team.

You must have experience of managing a team, albeit not a large one. If you’ve got one direct report and you’re looking to build on your people management experience, this could be the role for you! Alternatively, you’ll be managing a larger team and want to continue this. You must have a good breadth of shopper marketing expertise within the off trade environment. Cultural fit is extremely important for this brand so you must be able to get passionate about the product and gel well with the positive, enthusiastic and motivated team.
