Exciting Opportunity to join a British beauty brand who are seeking a sales manager - beauty to join their rapidly expanding sales team.

Client Details

My client is a small but rapidly growing beauty and fragrance business who are growing from strength to strength in all areas. With a portfolio of premium / luxury products you will find my clients products in various hotels, restaurants, pubs , bars and head offices around the UK. They have ten fine fragrance collections with each fragrance produced into at least 10 different products.


This exciting opportunity will have responsibility for opening new wholesale retail accounts, while nurturing and growing our existing retailers. This role also involves staff management, training, meeting with buyers, presenting new product launches and supporting events and trade shows.
  • Generating new business through research, cold calls, networking events, trade shows and industry contacts.
  • Maintaining and growing excellent relationships with our existing retailers by providing support and help with their needs.
  • Staff management and development for Sales & Training Executive (direct report).
  • Sales training and education for retail staff on regular basis.
  • Reporting and budget management.


Sales Manager - Beauty / Luxury
  • Previous experience managing accounts and bringing new business on board
  • Experience in the beauty industry would be an advantage
  • Needs to be based in the south east of England with the ability to travel regularly into London
  • Must have a valid driving licence
