The Brand Manager will drive brand growth through the professional management or marketing strategies, projects, budgets, teams and partners.

The Brand Manager will help set the brand strategy and effectively deliver this strategy. The successful candidate will plan, develop, implement, coordinate, measure and report upon all aspects relating to brand projects, and develop and deliver strategies and communications across core and sub brands, all the while supporting and developing the Marketing Assistant. The Brand Manager will manage marketing budgets effectively, seeking the appropriate approvals and ensuring all initiatives offer value for money.
The Brand Manager will develop strong relationships across multiple stakeholders; developing strong relationships with agencies, and seeking out appropriate new partners to meet specific requirements, alongside building strong internal relationships, effectively working cross-functionally in order to achieve brand standards.
This is a creative role, and will require the successful candidate to generate fresh ideas to help grow the brand. Developing a strong understanding of consumer insight and sales analysis, the Brand Manager will make informed brand decisions in line with company and brand strategy, and within budget parameters. This role will require the successful candidate to be hands on, whether it is setting up for major events to engaging with retail partners, and to have a demonstrable passion for interiors and lifestyle products. The candidate will also be responsible for leading the charge on Social Media and any relevant campaigns.
This role is office-based in Melksham.
