National Account Manager – Waitrose
This is a £250m+ FMCG business with a portfolio of well known brands and an environment and culture which is about making things happen, straight talking and seizing opportunities. As an established but vibrant business, they have a strong leadership team, innovative new brands and exciting plans for the future.
They need a positive and ambitious Junior NAM or experienced NAE to step up and manage a portfolio of brands with Waitrose. They operate within a significant £2billion+ FMCG Category and you’ll network within your customer to grow sales, implement NPD and enhance profits. Key to your success will be your ability to work internally with Marketing, Operations and Category Management to develop winning business plans.
You MUST be bright and ambitious with structured FMCG training and Retail Account Management exposure at Head Office Level. You are known for your energy, drive and ability to build strong business relationships. You thrive in busy and complex environments and really enjoy working closely with customers to identify opportunities and grow the business. You are looking for a new challenge and an environment which will give you autonomy, scope and opportunities for progression.
