As one of the U.K's largest suppliers of personal care products, this blue chip business have an excellent reputation within FMCG and are responsible for a number of power brands that are found in our homes today. Their product portfolio can be found globally and they are brand leaders across a number of categories. They place a huge amount of emphasis on their company values and the implementation of these values has excelled their growth of recent. Due to the internal international movement of members of the team a vacancy has arisen for a Brand Manager within the healthcare/pharma/professional arm of their business.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing brand indication to deliver professional recommendation objectives and to then manage these to deliver net sales, margin and P&L objectives. You will also be responsible for managing the advertising and promotions budget for indication, using key processes including A&P tracker and Ebuy, as well as managing all product training for these products. This person would manage communications to the product team on this range, including development of detailing materials, roll out of products knowledge during trimester meetings etc. Key relationships must be developed throughout the business within marketing, sales, scientific affairs, finance and consumer insights.

We are looking for a Brand Manager with experience in either pharma or healthcare. The ideal candidate for this role will have the ability to build strong relationships internally and externally and have good influencing and negotiating skills. Strong leadership qualities are essential to implement new ideas quickly and effectively and achieve results with speed and excellence, eliminating unnecessary work, and being self-accountable for results. This candidate must be able to balance a workload through effective project management in a high paced environment and deliver on all portfolio responsibility whilst meeting wider project marketing needs. It is also important that this candidate is a team player, has excellent communication skills and an authoritative approach. Previous strong healthcare experience in either dental, vet, pet food, pharmaceutical or OTC products is necessary as well as a desire to succeed in this field.
