Looking for a challenging, dynamic role that requires drive and determination?

Have you got significant experience in managing commercial attractions, venues or hotels?  Do you possess business and marketing skills acquired through sales and target driven roles?  We would love to hear from you if you have worked in the visitor attraction, hospitality, leisure or events arenas and are keen to progress your career with the 4th largest employer in Wales.  There’s never been a better time to come aboard as we continue to roll out our multi-million pound investment programme.

We have Attraction Manager opportunities available in some of Wales’ most beautiful places.  Our flagship attractions offer a range of facilities and activities including cafes, water sports, mountain biking, angling, topped off with scenic walks and stunning views.   We are looking for highly experienced visitor experience professionals to take the helm at this exciting time.  You will know how to inspire your teams to create memories that bring our visitors back time and time again.

With your vast experience, you will manage a visitor centre, wider estate and a large team; whilst developing a working business plan.  The aim is to increase visitor numbers and grow revenue to create a successful and sustainable visitor business.   Your challenge is to inject creativity, increase profit while ensuring an exceptional visitor experience.  All this is achievable with innovation, strong financial management, marketing and communication skills and an investment plan.

To help you to relax and unwind we offer staff discounts in our Visitor Centre cafes, cycle hire and on water sports activities so you can live and breathe the beautiful scenery both in and out of work.  But that’s not all.  Other benefits include employee reward, Cycle to Work and Car Save schemes, reductions on mobile phone contracts and much, much more.

Although the treatment of clean and waste water is what Welsh Water is known for, to deliver our unique business-model, our recreation facilities are fundamental to sustaining this for the future.
