THE ROLE: As a Brand Sales Manager, you will be responsible for selling a portfolio of flooring products across the south of the UK. Your main focus will be on managing an existing portfolio of independent retailers with the view of maximising spend within those accounts. This will be done through a variety of methods including merchandising, client education, training, undertaking range reviews, together with being a strong negotiator. There will also be a small amount of new business activity required within the role.

THE PERSON: To fit in with the brand and company culture, you will have a real zest for life, a desire to learn and develop, possess a strong work ethic and have an outgoing personality. To be suitable for this role you will need some field sales experience, ideally FMCG based.
