Job Details
The Marketing Executive will be responsible delivering seasonal, tactical and promotional campaigns to drive footfall sales across numerous stores. As part of a fast-paced team, the successful candidate will manage the process from proposal to final execution, ensuring campaigns are delivered on time to a high standard while achieving campaign objectives.

Description
The Marketing Executive will:
- Compile weekly trade updates
- Brief the campaign, including key messages
- Manage the process from brief to execution
- Act as the main point of contact between internal teams to ensure deadlines and budgets are met
- Work collaboratively with internal teams, taking the lead where needed and chairing meetings
- General campaign assets
- Share campaign objectives and outputs with internal teams to ensure a joined up multichannel approach Input into the initial campaign
- Assist with writing the campaign brief
- Support the Senior Marketing Manager in the delivery of the campaign
- Monitor the critical path to ensure all elements are delivered on time and within budget
- Assist in developing the annual PR strategy Represent the brand(s) at events
- Assist the development of the media strategy
- Deliver media plans for each brand Deliver ad-hoc projects as required
- Collaborate with internal teams including content and digital to ensure a joined-up approach across all marketing activity
- Clearly communicate and manage key messages to dive consistency across all marketing activity
This role is office-based in Kemble, Gloucestershire.
Profile
The Marketing Executive will:
- Have a track record in a General Marketing role
- Have a track record in campaign delivery
- Have worked in a fast paced environment
- Will have had some experience in Retail
- Have strong stakeholder management skills
- Be a strong communicator
- Be highly organised
- Have excellent time management skills
