Job Details

As an overseas food processor, our client has quickly become the business of choice for quality ingredients supplied to many of the UK’s entrepreneurial, health focussed, food and beverage manufacturers.

As a result of significant double-digit growth across their European customer portfolio, they have asked us to help them identify an experienced and driven B-2-B expert to help set up their first ever UK commercial presence, whilst driving European sales opportunities also.  With plans and budget agreed to develop an established UK business unit, this role presents a great opportunity for a driven individual to demonstrate their capability and establish themselves at leadership levels within a business projecting rapid growth.

In order to be considered for the role it is essential that applicants are able to demonstrate a successful record whilst driving profitable sales with recognised food manufacturing businesses.  Exposure to large manufacturing groups including 2SFG, Greencore, Samworth Bros and Bakkavor alongside any less mature, but fast-growth healthy snacking and/or beverage manufacturers will hugely support your application.

Alongside a successful record, you will have a level experience that allows you to succeed in a highly autonomous role where you will have input in to strategy and be given a great deal of ‘freedom’ to ‘get on with the job’.

With the hugely ambitious plans they have in place, the business will clearly be able to offer swift development opportunities to the successful candidate.  All we need to do now is identify them!
