The role as Customer Experience Manager will act as the face of the business in a field based roles across the West Midlands region, driving account responsibility and business growth.

The role as Customer Experience Manager will drive the following roles & responsibilities;
  • Manage a defined portfolio of customers across the West Midlands region
  • Be the face of the business working with clients including health clubs, gyms & the wider fitness industry
  • Responsible for all commercial activity driving accounts to ensure business growth
  • Managing full P&L and support promotional activity across the defined region
  • Support future vision of the business and become a brand advocate
  • Work across wider business functions including sales, marketing, finance & operations


The successful Customer Experience Manager will have the following profile;
  • Strong commercial awareness & experience
  • Field based experience
  • Ability to drive sales through strong customer engagements & relationship build
  • Passion for the sport & fitness sector
  • Prior experience working in this sector will be an advantage
  • Strong ability to influence
  • Exceptional motivator & driven in approach
  • West Midlands based
