Senior General Management role for European foodservice start-up.

The casual dining and fast food delivery markets are constantly evolving to keep up with ever changing customer demands, whether you eat in, eat on the move or order home delivery via your smartwatch or even by tweet the options available to us are vast.

As a fast-paced start up business our client is on a mission to transform their piece of the market and create a unique and joyous experience for their customers. The expansion plans and market opportunity are huge and this role will be integral to the development and delivery of these projects across the region.

This role as Managing Director will be responsible for a multi-site foodservice operation in Spain. The role will be hands-on general management across financial performance, people development and all operational processes.

• You will be educated at degree level or equivalent
• You will have current working knowledge of the foodservice sector working within a multi-site operation
• You will be able to demonstrate a well-rounded skill set to manage the various aspects of general management and the challenges you may face within a foodservice business
• You will either currently live in Spain or be happy to relocate to the region and must speak fluent English and Spanish
• Most importantly you must demonstrate natural flair for leadership, an entrepreneurial spirit and an openness to roll up your sleeves do what is required
