Retail Merchandiser

**RETAINED ASSIGNMENT**

Our client is a well-established and reputable Shoe Manufacturer with over 18 shops throughout the U.K

Due to the continued success, we they currently looking for a Retail Merchandiser to join the existing team in Northamptonshire.

Responsibilities

  • Retail store administrative support to including- sales orders, courier collections and general queries
  • New season orders and continued line range analysis and regular review
  • Season Switch Delivery Co-ordination
  • None shoe accessory range planning, stock purchasing and critical path management- meeting with suppliers and managing the distribution of stock, ordering stock, agreeing timescales and delivery dates and completing the necessary paperwork
  • New Store opening organisation and stock ordering
  • Store Stock Taking- regular stock take co-ordination and planning with detailed post stock take analysis and review
  • Retail Invoicing
  • Sales Reporting and communication of results
  • Wholesale Consignment Account Management- account support through weekly sales reconciliation, invoicing and stock taking for each account

 

 

 


Essential Skills

 

 

 

  • Past Experience in a head office retail environment
  • Highly organised individual able to work under pressure, consistently meeting deadlines and an ever changing landscape
  • Confident and experienced IT skills especially with Excel
  • Analytically minded and have the ability to work under pressure and multitask.
  • Strong Communication skills
