This is a great opportunity for an operationally savvy Finance Director to join a growing Food Business.

We are seeking a Finance Director, reporting into the CEO, to manage, control and report on the financial and operational performance of the business.

This is a strategic role working with the SLT to identify and exploit opportunities for growth through Commercial and Operational activities.

The ideal professional must have a manufacturing background, ideally FMCG or Food Manufacturing. As a qualified accountant you will have led the business Finance Function and Teams.

Along with responsibility for the Statutory Accounting and Management Reporting, the main role of the FD will be to play an active business role to ensure the continued success of the Sites.

My Client is in growth with a great customer base who has benefited from its innovate thinking and excellent customer service.

A key part of this role will be the interface with internal stakeholders; Factory Teams and Commercial Teams, so we are looking for strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build effective relationships.

This is a fast-paced business, so energy, passion and agility are a per-requisite.
