Salary: £30,000 DOE + bonus + benefits
My client is a family business specialising in the outdoor leisure sector, the company has been established for over six years and is now recognised as the world’s most comprehensive and innovative product in their sector. The company was founded by a husband and wife team who decided to leave their corporate careers behind to create design led and innovative products. Supplying to specialist independent retailers this company has grown from strength to strength with a strong presence in the UK and International markets.
Export is an increasingly important part of the business and due to ambitious growth plans they are now looking to bring in additional support. The company is looking to bring in an ambitious and energetic international sales executives to help them to continue growing the German territory. You will be responsible for proactively supporting customers quickly and efficiently via call and email, the business pride themselves on their customer service and getting it right the first time, every time. You will also develop and manage sales and the sales teams based in your region along with developing new business. Some travel will be required to your territories to ensure you are the face of the company and keeping up to date with trends in your region.
To be considered for this new and exciting opportunity you must have a positive, can-do attitude with strong customer service skills. Strong organisational skills and great attention to detail are also required along with the ability to learn quickly. It is essential to be fluent in written and verbal German as you will have a lot of interaction with teams and customers over there. Ideally you will have some experience working within a manufacturing or retail environment however ambitious and driven candidate with strong German customer service skills in a different area will also be considered.
