THE ROLE: As a Business Development Sales Manager, you will be selling a range of fleet solutions into SME's and Cooperate companies. Dealing directly with the Business Owners, MD's and Buyers your role will solely focus on new business opportunities. This company is looking to rapidly increase their account base, therefore you will be responsible for targeting lapsed accounts and leads you have been given, as well as found through proactive searches. As you win accounts you will be responsible for their growth and retention, so overtime this role will include more Account Management.

THE PERSON: To be considered for the role of Business Development Sales Manager you must have previous B2B new business sales experience. You must have a strong commercial awareness and a tenacious, driven, self-disciplined personality. Our client is offering full training so experience from within this market is not essential.
