National Account Manager – Consumer Goods
My client is a market leading UK manufacturer of plastic products many different consumer goods categories. The business is a family run and is an award-winning business.
Due to a restructure, my client in a position to add a National Account Manager to their team to drive profitable sales and business development opportunities for the business. As National Account Manager you will inherit a portfolio of accounts which could accounts across, Grocery, High Street and Discount channels. You will be expected to manage and develop the category, and account base an ultimately generate revenue within your portfolio of customers. There will be an element of new business to the role so someone who is driven and motivated to open new accounts would have an advantage.
To be successful for this position you must have a non-food consumer goods background. You will already be a National Account Manager or a Key Account Manager looking to step up. Experience managing a top 4 grocery account would be an advantage but not essential. This role is home based with 2 days a week in the office in Coventry.
