The Opportunity:
Developing sales and commercial strategy for the next 5 years
Continue to develop and manage the business with major multiples/grocers
Leading the sales and category team
Working on formulation of JBPs and their implementation
Responsible for achievement of sales and profit targets
Development of relationships cross functionally, drive sales and manage trade promotional spend
You:
Classic FMCG background with proven success in Top 4 multiples
Personal and professional ambition to make a difference in the business – leave your legacy
Strong financial/commercial understanding with ability to interpret and manage P&L.
Excellent interpersonal and people management/development skills
Strong influencing and negotiation skills
Ideally a real foodie
