The Role
As the Senior Trade Marketing Manager you will drive the execution of the trade brand strategies, steering and monitoring implementation to ensure our client wins at shelf and on-line. You will continue to build on our clients customer partnerships, with driving insights to understand the needs and work with the marketing teams to create plans that drive sales. As the Senior Trade Marketing Manager you will be responsible for leading and coaching your team of direct reports.

The ideal fit
- Operated successfully at Senior NAM, Trade Marketing Manager / Controller level
- MUST have experience of managing a team of direct reports
- Excellent organisation capabilities, ability to prioritise effectively and work under pressure on short deadlines
- Have experience in strategic planning and ability to influence at a high level
- Be a ‘Commercial marketer’
- Be degree educated or equivalent
