An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a market leader as their Sales Manager within the North West, based from the regional office in Manchester. This is a fantastic opportunity for those with sales management experience wanting to develop their career further, working for a recognised industry leader.
LOCATION: Manchester office
THE ROLE: As a Sales Manager you will be responsible for a team of internal and field based sales people - selling a broad range of chemicals into a variety of manufacturing sectors. Your role will be to lead, mentor, train, develop and coach this existing high performing sales division.
THE PERSON: To be considered for the role of Sales Manager, you will need to have tangible experience of managing a team of sales professionals. Ideally in a product sales function rather than a service offering. You'll be inspiring, engaging, dynamic, flexible, a people person with the ability to get the best out of others.
THE COMPANY: A market leader in their industry, holding off their competitors with their award-winning products and excellent customer service. They have plans to continue growing their business and want a successful Account Manager on board to help them achieve this.
THE PACKAGE FOR SALES MANAGER:
- Salary: up to £42,000
- Bonus: £15,000

CANDIDATE LOCATION: Manchester and surround, you'll need to commute to the Manchester office daily
