Marketing Executive - 12 month FTC

Fantastic opportunity for a creative, motivated individual, who has the pedigree to succeed in an ever-progressive market leading company. We are looking for a dynamic team player that will support the Marketing Manager on a range of activities across the marketing mix, with a particular focus on creative, digital content and new media. You will be expected to deliver on all aspects of marketing, working as both an individual and significant team player.

Key duties:

To assist, support and manage key projects including website /brochure content.
To drive creative ideas and implement across an array of brands
To support with marketing activities across the full mix, including digital, social and events
Website management & development
Social media and new media development
Digital marketing development and distribution
Market analysis and report on the different aspects of the business/sector
To carry out projects issued, with attention to detail and ability to report
To help develop and evolve brand strategies for 140+ brands
To develop and progress in-house marketing campaigns/strategies
To carry out any additional administrative duties as required by the Marketing department to ensure optimum efficiency
In addition to these functions, the employee is required to carry out other duties as may be reasonably required to meet the needs of the business.

Core Competencies:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills required
A minimum of 18 months experience of working in a varied marketing position
Understanding and working knowledge of social and digital marketing channels
A creative copyrighting ability
Creative flair/ideas and ability to generate new concepts
Ability to control situations and resolve issues
Knowledge of technological marketing developments
Competence in marketing analysis/research.
Competency in data capture and report writing
Ability to show initiative in dealing with problems on own
Computer literacy, with content management, CRM, e-marketing solutions beneficial.
Teamwork - an enthusiastic team player who can play an active role in a dynamic team
Good time management skills with ability to prioritise jobs and multi-task.
